Architect

We are looking for a experienced Architect to join our studio in Exarchia. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong design sensibilities, technical precision, and at least 3 years of experience in architectural design, construction documentation, and site supervision. Confidence across all phases of a project — from concept through construction — is key.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to contribute ideas in a small but evolving practice. Fluency in English will be considered a plus.

About the Studio
Founded in Athens in 2020 by Lara Vartzioti, our studio is a young and growing architectural practice with a strong design ethos rooted in bridging the old with the new. We approach each project with a deep respect for its context and identity, combining preservation principles with contemporary design thinking and modern construction methods. We treat architecture holistically — from construction details to interior configurations — engaging with every phase of the process. Our small team works closely together, sharing a passion for meaningful, well-crafted design and a curiosity for new materials, tools, and sustainable practices. We’re driven by the idea that restoration is not replication, but a thoughtful continuation — and we’re always open to fresh perspectives that align with this philosophy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural practice
• Strong skills in design development, construction drawings, and site supervision
• Proficiency in CAD-based 2D software and Rhinoceros 3D
• Excellent visual communication skills and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney is a plus
• Fluency in English is considered an advantage
