SENIOR ARCHITECT – PROJECT MANAGER

Stavropoulou Architects, based in Athens, is looking for an architect with at least 8-10 years
of professional experience in managing project teams at all stages of the design of large-
scale architectural projects and especially in hospitality and buildings of special use.

Required skills and qualifications
 5-year degree in architectural engineering (post graduate degree is a plus)
 8-10 years professional experience
 Excellent skills in coordinating design teams and relevant experience in leading
project teams at all design stages
 Knowledge of materials and construction,
 Experience in technical design and constructional design phases,
 and tender documents
 Knowledge of 2D design programs: AutoCAD and 3D: Studio Max, Vray, Rhino, Adobe
Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office
 Excellent knowledge of English at a written and oral level (Proficiency level),
 Knowledge and understanding of building legislation, (NOK and other planning
regulations)
 Other skills: Enthusiastic, team spirit, confidentiality, good at time management and
able to work to strict deadlines, leadership
