Role Description

This is a full-time, Junior Architect position based in Athens. The role requires close coordination with the Senior Architect. Key responsibilities include developing architectural designs, collaborating with other design discipline engineers (Structural, MEP ), and preparing building permit file submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture

• Strong sense of architectural synthesis (functionality and aesthetics)

• Knowledge of Greek urban planning, building regulations and building permitting procedures

• Excellent Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Ability to use AutoCAD and related architectural tools (Rhino, Photoshop)

• Excellent command of Greek and English languages

• Over 3 years of proven experience in residential & hospitality design projects

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
