Senior Architect

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The role requires strong critical thinking skills, excellent teamwork, and the ability to take projects from the initial concept phase through to construction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and confidence in managing complex design processes.

Polyanna Paraskeva + Associates is a creative architecture studio based in the center of Athens. Our practice focuses on innovative and thoughtful design proposals, with a strong emphasis on high-quality architecture and refined detailing.

We are seeking a motivated professional who is passionate about design excellence and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative studio environment. Immediate availability is preferred.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Architecture
•  Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
•  Proficiency in AutoCAD
•  Proficiency in SketchUp
•  Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Experience with NOK
• Experience with licensing procedures
• Experience in construction detailing
• 3d visualization skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

The following are a plus:

• Driver’s license for on-site supervision
• Experience in hospitality projects
