Architect Engineer

An investment – construction company that operates in the sector of Real Estate and construction based in Athens, Greece, is looking for an Architect to join its dynamic team.

Main tasks:

·         Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.

·         Developing and presenting project proposals.

·         Produces construction documents in AutoCAD.

·         Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.

·         Collaborating with other construction professionals.

·         Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• A Master’s degree would be considered as a plus
• 3 years of relevant experience at least
• Excellent technical drawing skills.
• Very Good Knowledge of NOK
• Knowledge of Autocad , 3ds max ( vray  ) for 2D design and 3d representations
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English both written and orally
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
