About the Company

The essence of our work is found in the balance between discreet and unpretentious works and their noticeable presence. It is all about projects that exude calmness and coexist harmoniously with the surrounding environment, without emphasizing their significance. Each project is imbued with the same inherent quality- simplicity- creating functional solutions, with elevated aesthetics and unique identity. We believe that pure and minimal approaches enhance the expressive power of a work without removing its unique features that make us observe them again and again. Our work is sharp and distinct, focusing in high quality, details and durability over time.

“Ixnos architects” studio was founded in July 2018 by the architects George Daskalakis and Xanthi Baladima. Our office is located in the center of the city of Chania. We operate with respect for the environment, natural materials and timeless aesthetics combining the values of Greek architecture with the basic principles of modernism. Our experience in the field of architectural studies, interior design and construction, as well as our network of partners in Athens and Crete are key factors in creating high quality projects.
