About the Company

Degree Zero Architects , co-founded and run by Dimitris Kolonis and Zetta Kotsioni, is an architectural studio based in Athens. Since 2001 the studio has focused on residential, hospitality and public projects, as well as, participated in several international competitions. With emphasis on delivering quality services, the studio always addressed each project as a challenge, identifying the particulars of its context, aiming to create its distinct identity. Concurrently, their separate construction company managed several development projects. ​Dimitris and Zetta worked for Zaha Hadid Architects as Associates from 2012 until 2019. They were involved in various scale projects and typologies, gaining a wide experience and developing a know-how on advanced design and construction techniques.
