About the Company

1:ZITA is a dynamic architectural office, offering a wide range of services which includes conceptual design, detailed architectural studies, and project management, with a portfolio spanning private luxury residences, office buildings, and master planning for public spaces.

1:ZITA was founded in 2023 by Athina Zafeiropoulou, following her extensive experience in the United States. A graduate from Columbia University in the City of New York with a Master’s degree in Architecture, Athina has a strong background in design and engineering. This foundation led to the creation of 1:ZITA, with the vision to deliver innovative and high-quality architectural solutions across both residential and commercial sectors.
