Senior Architect

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Passionate about architecture and detailed design
• Proficiency in 2D (ACAD)
• Proficiency in Sketchup for 3d modelling
• Knowledge of V-ray, Enscape
• Knowledge of Archicad is a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in all stages of design: from concept to on-site supervision
• Experience in various project scales: from Interior Design to Master Planning
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills
• Knowledge of new Building Regulation (ΝΟΚ) is a plus
• Knowledge of the English language

Tasks

• Responsible of high-quality design in all phases of the development along with a team of Architects
• Producing 2d architectural working drawings and 3d models using Sketchup for the project
• Maintain/organize project files, schedules and specifications
• Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants
• Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously
