BIM MANAGER

AETER ARCHITECTS is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and develop BIM workflows across large-scale architectural projects. The role involves managing digital coordination, ensuring model quality, and supporting collaborative design processes across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage BIM standards and Project BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and other external consultants
Perform clash detection and model coordination
Ensure model quality control and efficient digital collaboration workflows
Support the design team on BIM processes and best practices

Requirements

Degree in Architecture
Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools
Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and collaborative BIM workflows
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
