About the Role
At Deplot Architects, we are looking for a talented and highly responsible Project Architect to join our creative team. This is a role designed for a professional who is ready to step up and take full Project Ownership. You will be the bridge between innovative concept design and technical execution, managing your own projects from initial sketches to permit submission and detailed construction plans.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Innovation: Bring cutting-edge concepts to life, maintaining high aesthetic standards and functional integrity.
Project Management: Take full responsibility for managing individual projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Technical Excellence: Develop comprehensive technical and detailed construction plans (Detailed Design).
Regulatory Compliance: Handle the Permit Design process, ensuring all documentation aligns with Greek building regulations (NOK).
Collaboration: Work closely with the core team and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, specifically within the Residential and Hospitality sectors.
Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Detailed Plans and the Permit Design process.
Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD and Rhino.Advanced skills in Photoshop and D5 Rendering.
Experience with AI tools for architectural workflow optimization is highly valued.
Mindset: A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to embrace challenges and solve complex technical problems independently.
Ownership: A strong sense of accountability; we need someone who can lead a project without constant hand-holding.
