Lead Architect

STU/DÝO architects is seeking a Lead Architect for a full-time position to join our studio based in Athens.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining the design direction of projects and leading the team from concept tο construction.

STU/DÝO architects is a creative and dynamic work environment of architects and designers, engaged in demanding and high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Define design concepts and overall architectural direction
• Lead and coordinate internal team and external consultants
• Communicate with clients and present design proposals
• Overseeing and contributing to high-quality design across all project phases
• Ensuring excellence in design development and consistency from concept to construction

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (5 years)
• 6–10+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D software (SketchUp/Rhino/Revit), Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio of built or advanced projects
• Experience across all stages of design and construction
• Proven project management experience, including team coordination and client/consultant communication
• Experience across a variety of project scales (masterplanning – interior)
• Experience in innovative hospitality and high-end residential projects
• Proficiency in English
• Studio-based position
