Project Manager

Our studio is looking for a qualified Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of architectural and construction projects, from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to define project scope and objectives.
Develop and oversee project plans, progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership skills and communication abilities, with experience in project team collaboration.
Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Experience in international and hospitality projects is a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Ability to lead projects from start to finish (discuss with potential clients, draft offers, assist with project contracts, propose timelines, lead teams and external collaborators, track project progress and timelines, and maintain close contact with both the team and the client).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
