Senior Architect Engineer

Our studio is looking for a qualified senior architect with 8+ years of experience to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

·         Lead and contribute to the design and development of architectural proposals based on the project brief.

·         Guide and collaborate with project teams throughout all design stages.

·         Prepare and present design concepts and documentation to clients, consultants, and collaborators.

·         Coordinate with external stakeholders: engineers, vendors, manufacturers, and contractors.

·         Review and ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables across all project phases.

·         Participate in meetings related to design development, technical detailing, and project implementation.

Skills Required:

·         8+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on high-quality residential or hospitality projects.

·         Strong experience in construction documentation and technical detailing.

·         Knowledge of Greek Building Codes and permitting procedures (NOK).

·         Proficiency in all design stages, from concept to construction documents.

·         Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.

·         Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Revit (BIM).

·         Rhino or 3Dsmax knowledge is a plus.

·         Fluency in written and spoken English.

·         Experience with the e-adeies digital permitting platform.

·         Experience on construction sites and familiarity with project execution processes.
