Senior Architect – Design Focused with excellent knowledge of the Greek Building Code (ΝΟΚ).

We are looking for a design-driven Architect with strong aesthetic vision, hands-on design skills and excellent knowledge of the Greek Building Code (ΝΟΚ).

This role requires an architect who actively designs, develops architectural concepts and drawings, and ensures that all designs are fully compliant from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design development across all project phases
Create concept designs, layouts, and detailed architectural drawings
Work hands-on with architectural & design software on a daily basis
Ensure designs comply with the Greek Building Code (ΝΟΚ) and project constraints
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams
Prepare architectural drawings, visuals, and presentations
Support accurate design implementation through site coordination
Maintain consistently high aesthetic and technical standards
