Senior Architect

LeadCompass, on behalf of a distinguished architectural and interior design firm based in Kifissia, is seeking a Senior Architect to join a highly creative and experienced team.

Our client has a 25-year legacy in the industry, specializing in high-end projects that range from luxury residential and marine to corporate interiors, in Greece and abroad.

This role is suited to a senior professional with proven experience in leading end-to- end complex projects, managing client relationships, and overseeing design delivery while demonstrating a refined sense of aesthetics across all stages.

What You’ll Do

• Participation in a leading role in architectural and interior design projects from concept through construction and final delivery.
• Develop architectural plans, 3D visuals, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare and manage design specifications and FF&E schedules, ensuring alignment with design intent, market knowledge, and supplier coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and external partners.
• Provide on-site support and supervision to ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase.
• Collaborate with the team’s members to ensure the studio’s standards are met.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Architecture (5-year program).
• Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in interior design and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and 3D design tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent software.
• Proven experience across all design and construction phases.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential work, primarily.
