Senior Architect

Makridis Associates, with over 50 years of history and a deep respect for heritage, authenticity, and innovation, is seeking a Senior Architect to lead and coordinate high-profile, complex architectural projects from design through implementation.

We are looking for a Senior Professional with the following requirements:
• Proven project management skills to lead complex, high-profile design projects
• Experience with permit procedures (ΝΟΚ)
• Strong BIM background
• Advanced technical detailing and technical writing skills
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Construction / on-site supervision experience is preferred
• AI visualisation knowledge is considered a strong bonus

Requirements

Degree in Architecture (MSc/MArch preferred)
7+ years of professional experience
Strong project coordination and leadership skills
