NoCa is seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong in BIM workflows, and experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary models and information. You will play a key role in managing BIM processes, ensuring model quality, and supporting project teams throughout all project phases.
We are a team of architects, BIM managers, computational designers, and creative technologists with over a decade of experience in leading architectural practices across London, New York, and the Netherlands.
With a strong focus on BIM management and coordination, we lead digital project delivery across a wide range of scales and typologies. Our expertise includes BIM documentation and standards, interoperability workflows, complex geometry rationalization, parametric design tools, environmental analysis, GIS data integration, and advanced automation. Our approach streamlines project processes and enhances collaboration across all phases of design and construction through the use of advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage BIM coordination across multiple projects
• Define, implement, and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows
• Develop and oversee BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and information delivery strategies
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models, ensuring alignment and data integrity
• Perform regular model audits, clash detection, and quality control checks
• Act as the main BIM point of contact for internal teams, consultants, and external partners
• Support project teams in resolving complex coordination and interoperability challenges
• Drive digital project delivery, including model-based documentation and data workflows
• Contribute to the development of advanced BIM processes, automation, and best practices
• Support and mentor team members on BIM-related topics and tools

Requirements
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on BIM coordination and management
• Advanced expertise in Revit, including worksharing, model structuring, and data management
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models
• Experience working with BIM standards, protocols, and information management (e.g. ISO 19650)
• Experience working within Common Data Environments (CDEs), preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience with clash detection and coordination tools (e.g. Navisworks or similar)
• Familiarity with automation and parametric workflows is a plus (Dynamo and/or Grasshopper)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• High level of proficiency in English
