Senior Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead design development and coordination across high-profile hospitality and architectural projects. The successful candidate will combine strong creative vision with technical expertise, ensuring that design outputs meet both contractual and quality standards. This role requires leadership, advanced problem-solving, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead schematic and detail design phases, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

• Oversee design coordination with consultants, interior designers, and project managers.

• Develop and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.

• Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.

• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and quality control.

• Mentor junior architects and foster a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural design.

• Strong proficiency in Rhino; knowledge of Grasshopper and other design tools is an advantage.

• Proven track record in leading complex projects, preferably in hospitality or large-scale developments.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Fluency in English; Greek

• Portfolio demonstrating both creative design and technical execution.
