Design Architect – Concept-Driven + Highly Creative

Kyriakos Tsolakis Architects is looking for a strong conceptual thinker with a passion for form-making, spatial storytelling and atmosphere. This role suits an architect who loves the front end of design — someone who can translate ideas into clear spatial strategies and powerful visual narratives that set the foundation for exceptional work.

What You’ll Do

• Drive early-stage design thinking for diverse projects — from sketch to cohesive concept.
• Work side-by-side with principal architects, project leads and consultants to shape design intent.
• Create drawings, diagrams and presentation material that communicate vision with clarity and imagination.
• Contribute to design critique sessions and support the development of younger team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly Skilled in Rhino and AutoCAD/Revit for 2D/3D, with polished presentation ability in Adobe Suite.
• A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength, spatial sensitivity and original thinking.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in design-focused studios.
• Architecture degree (5 years).
• English or Greek fluency required.
