About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Designer to join our creative and dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our event design process, involved in everything from research and concept development, to assisting with production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work closely with the Creative Director in all steps and processes.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative design themes, mood boards, presentations, 2D floor plans, technical layouts and 3D visualizations.
• Design and commission bespoke elements like graphic designs, constructions, signage etc.
• Venue Scouting with our team and vendors.
• Research vendors and source décor elements, from fabrics, materials to specialty props.
• Securing offers from suppliers, check and organize them.
• Create production files and checklists to ensure seamless execution of the design concept.
• Collaborate with suppliers and production to ensure timely delivery and quality control of design elements.
• Participating in on-site event styling and setup ensuring all elements align with the event concept.
• Provide general support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related design field.
• Knowledge in constructions and materials.
• Previous experience in Luxury Events or related environment.
• Working on site at our offices.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD (mandatory) and 3d modeling/rendering software such as Sketchup, Rhino, Blender, Twinmotion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (with emphasis in Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva and Microsoft Office (with emphasis in Powerpoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English for liaising with clients, vendors, and teams.
• Creative out of the box thinking.
• Meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of design, from concept to execution and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and capable to work under extreme pressure.
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Be proactive and responsible.
• Address unexpected challenges, such as last-minute design adjustments or vendor delays.
• AI knowledge is a plus
