Senior Concept Architect

We are currently seeking a highly creative and design-oriented Senior Concept Architect to join our studio. This position is for a creative architect who thrives on shaping form, space, and atmosphere into compelling concepts that inspire and set the tone for outstanding projects.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Concept Architect, you will take a leading role in setting the creative direction of projects. With an emphasis on conceptual precision, spatial quality, and design integrity, you will lead the formation of ideas that set a strong basis for success across all project phases.

• Lead and develop conceptual design ideas across a range of project types.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members, project architects, and external consultants.
• Produce clear and compelling design visions through drawings, diagrams, and visual presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and actively contribute to design reviews.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working on notable architectural projects.
• Strong portfolio highlighting conceptual design skills and spatial innovation.
• Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and present design ideas, both visually and verbally.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
