Architect – Construction & Real Estate Development Company

We are looking to expand our team with a passionate and skilled Architect who will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural designs and construction documentation for residential and commercial projects
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants
Participate in urban planning, permitting processes, and submission of architectural dossiers
Supervise on-site works and ensure design consistency throughout the construction phase
Develop 3D models, visualizations, and presentations for internal and client use
Stay up to date with materials, techniques, and industry trends
📚 Required Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture from an accredited university (BSc/MSc or equivalent)
Registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) with full license to sign architectural plans
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience in construction or real estate projects
Proficient in AutoCAD and at least one or more design/rendering tools (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, etc.)
Solid understanding of Greek urban planning laws and building regulations
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
