BIM Manager / Digital Design Coordinator

Makridis Associates, a leading architectural and interior design firm specializing in high-end hospitality and mixed-use developments, is seeking a talented and committed Deputy BIM Manager to join our growing team in Athens. This position will act in our BIM and digital design leadership structure, supporting the Head of BIM and driving innovation, implementation, and consistency across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head of BIM in managing the firm’s BIM workflows, standards, and protocols.
Oversee day-to-day BIM coordination across architectural teams and interdisciplinary consultants.
Support project teams in Revit implementation, model structuring, and clash coordination.
Train and mentor team members in Revit and other design tools (Rhino, Enscape, Twinmotion).
Coordinate digital resources, content libraries, templates, and model auditing processes.
Evaluate and integrate new tools, plugins, and software upgrades in coordination with the BIM lead.
Contribute to firm-wide digital strategy and quality control of deliverables.
