Graphic Designer, Social Media & E-Shop Content Manager

Location: On-site, Paros Island, Greece
Position: Full-Time, Year-Round

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, in-house position for a creative, organized individual who can manage daily operations of service shop, ensuring it runs efficiently and profitably. This includes managing staff, maintaining store standards, handling customer service, and driving sales. visual identity across platforms and ensure our e-shop is always updated with fresh, high-quality content

Upload and manage product images and descriptions on our e-shop
Maintain consistent brand visuals across all platforms

Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan, shoot, and edit product photography and lifestyle visuals.

What We’re Looking For:

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ERP systems (Squarespace -Pylon-Open Cart)

Solid graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, + AI tools is a plus)
Social media management experience
Basic photography & image editing skills (product & lifestyle content)
Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
Based on Paros or willing to relocate
Fluent in English
