Architectural Interior Designer

Employment Type: Full time, remote, Independent Contractor.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Interior Designer to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with our Senior Designer through daily zoom meetings, contributing to high-end residential, hospitality and boutique commercial projects in Athens, Antiparos and New York. Responsibilities include:

• Design development and client move in
• Presentation creation (mood boards, material palettes, layouts)
• Drafting (AutoCAD), 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings
• Sourcing and procurement of FF&E including art

Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture required
• 1 to 6 years of professional experience in high end residential or hospitality design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and 3ds Max
• Strong design sensibility with a refined, discerning anesthetic
• Proficiency with AI assisted design tools and workflows is a strong plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Highly organized, communicative and self motivated
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast paced, collaborative environment
