K-Studio is seeking an experienced Senior Revit Architect (with 6+ years experience) to join our studio in Athens. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with strong design sensibilities and technical expertise. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit, have experience with Rhino, and possess a deep understanding of detailed design stages. This role involves developing architectural designs, coordinating with project teams and consultants, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication, teamwork, and task management skills are essential. Fluency in English and an in-studio presence are required. Experience with large-scale or multidisciplinary projects is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture (5 years)
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architecture
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
  • Experience with Rhino
  • Knowledge of detailed design stages
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in English
  • In studio position

 

Experience in the following is a plus:

  • Experience working on large-scale projects
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

 

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Develop architectural designs and construction documents using Autodesk Revit
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design accuracy
  • Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project standards
  • Work closely with BIM teams to ensure seamless integration and execution
