Senior Project Architect

We’re looking for a Senior Project Architect to join our team in our fast-growing company in the Property Management sector:

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
• Sketch and design building exterior plans in great detail.
• Compile project specifications.
• Direct and supervise building contractors to execute plans & works in a timely manner.
• Keep within budgets and timelines.
• Regularly visit project sites to confirm that all objectives are being met.
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Ensure building operations are in compliance with government housing laws and building codes.
• Identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals. Follow up to clients.
• Collaborate effectively with existing team of Architectural Engineers in the department, as well as all other departments and external partners, to ensure the overall progress of all company projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years work experience in a related position.
• Strong command of AUTOCAD – 3DS MAX, ARCHICAD, SKETCHUP.
• High levels of creativity and imagination.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Analytical understanding of engineering so as to effectively problem-solve issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks following a fast paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, positive work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team of professionals.
