We are looking for a highly detail oriented, organised and systematic Studio Manager to join the Post-Spectacular Office team in Thessaloniki.

This is a part time role.

A proven experience in a similar role will be preferred, ideally having worked on a creative studio before.

Your role will also be fundamental for all functional aspects of our practice and the wider team between Athens and Thessaloniki.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

— Managing incoming calls & e-mails

— Maintaining the schedule of meetings

— Organising and classifying physical and digital accounting files

— Reception of customers & partners

— Contacting customers for accounting matters

— Issuing and registering legal documents

— Collecting invoices for office expenses and sending them to the external Accounting Office

— Monitoring payments and expenses

— Monitoring software licenses

— Knowledge of managing accounting programs and ERP systems is not a necessary qualification, but will be highly appreciated

 

KEY SKILLS

— Degree in a related field

— Time management and interpersonal skills

— Knowledge of design-related software and studio equipment

— Ability to prioritise

— Communication skills in oral and written language

— Organising and filing skills
