PROJECT MANAGER – ARCHITECT

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

TAKA+PARTNERS is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Architect to join our team in Thessaloniki.

We are seeking an architect with 5+ years of professional experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects from the design and coordination stages through construction and completion. The role combines architectural project management, multidisciplinary coordination and on-site supervision, acting as a key link between our design team, clients, consultants, contractors and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage architectural projects across different design and construction stages
Coordinate internal design teams, external consultants, engineers and contractors
Monitor project schedules, deliverables, priorities and deadlines
Ensure consistency between design intent, technical documentation and construction
Review drawings, specifications and project documentation
Participate in client, consultant and contractor meetings
Conduct regular site visits and construction supervision
Monitor construction progress, quality and compliance with approved designs
Identify technical and coordination issues and support their timely resolution
Prepare and follow up on meeting minutes, action lists and project reporting
Maintain clear communication between the office and construction site

Qualifications
Degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Previous experience in project coordination and/or construction supervision
Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing and construction processes
Ability to read and review architectural and multidisciplinary technical drawings
Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate different project stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Greek and good command of English
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit will be considered an advantage
Driving licence and ability to travel for project site visits when required

The ideal candidate combines architectural understanding with a hands-on approach to project delivery and is equally comfortable coordinating a design team, communicating with a client and being present on site to ensure that the design is implemented to the expected quality.

The Role
This is a full-time position based at our Thessaloniki office, with regular site visits to TAKA+PARTNERS projects as required.
The Project Manager will become an integral part of our project delivery structure, working closely with the architectural teams and the firm’s management across a diverse portfolio of projects in Greece and abroad.
