Block722 architects+ are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their team in Athens.

Founded in 2009 in Athens, Greece, Block722 is a boutique architecture studio specializing in the creation of high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Reflecting the diverse background of its founders, the studio merges Mediterranean and Scandinavian influences for the creation of distinctive, high-quality architectural spaces and objects that feel effortless, timeless, and understatedly pleasing.

Requirements:
Interior design degree or Architecture degree with relevant master’s studies/ postgraduate studies
8+ years experience
Previous experience in managing Interior Designers and Design teams.
Working on large-scale hospitality and residential projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all Interior Design team activities.
Oversee Interior Design proposals according to the design briefs.
Ability to meet demanding deadlines.
Lead the presentation of design ideas, and communicate ideas to clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Comprehensive knowledge of materials, furnishings, and construction methods related to interior design.
Organize/attend design, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier meetings/reviews.
