Block722 architects+ are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Architectural Project Manager to join their team in Athens.

Founded in 2009 in Athens, Greece, Block722 is a boutique architecture studio specializing in the creation of high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Reflecting the diverse background of its founders, the studio merges Mediterranean and Scandinavian influences for the creation of distinctive, high-quality architectural spaces and objects that feel effortless, timeless, and understatedly pleasing.

What we are looking for:

Architecture degree with relevant master’s studies/ postgraduate studies

10+ years’ experience

Previous experience in managing design teams.

Working on large-scale hospitality and residential projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise team activities.

Oversee architectural proposals according to the design briefs.

Ability to meet demanding deadlines.

Lead the presentation of design ideas, and communicate ideas to clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

Organize/attend design, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier meetings/reviews.

Cost estimation

Risk Management

Construction site support

Hardware Skills:

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD

Good knowledge of Revit will be considered a plus

Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Microsoft office

Soft skills:

Ability to work under pressure

Maintain good spirit

Mentor skills

Team player
