Technical Team – Junior Architect

The Junior Architect will support strategic planning and management procedures across all stages of high-end residential and commercial development projects, from concept inception to project delivery. The role focuses on project management, administration, and design coordination.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in the preparation of project contracts, budgets and payment certifications
• Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, designers and other key stakeholders
• Support with overseeing project timelines and coordination of design teams
• Conduct site visits and performance reports for the management team
• Monitor building permit applications
• Perform administrative tasks as required
• Ability to travel within Greece as required
Qualifications
• A degree in Architecture
• 3-5 years of work experience in design and construction
• Proficient in Greek and English both written and oral
• Familiar with principles and methods of contracts, project management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, building code and regulations, basic understanding of related architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings
• Excellent knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
