Construction Manager – Site Supervisor

Group Form is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor for residential renovation, extension and fit-out projects.

Your role
You will provide daily site coordination across projects:

Site operations: coordinate trades, appointments and deliveries; monitor workforce attendance, progress and material needs.
Drawings and quality: ensure current drawings are available, identify discrepancies and arrange checks with the design team.
Documentation and quantities: maintain photographs and daily records, check deliveries, take measurements and assist with office-based quantity take-offs when site duties allow.
This is a coordination and monitoring role, not a hands-on trade position.

Your profile
Experience in residential construction, ability to read drawings and understand work sequencing, basic Excel and PDF skills, reliability and clear communication. A valid driving licence is required.

Employment
Full-time position with long-term prospects. Remuneration and travel arrangements will be agreed according to experience.
