Architect

ThK Architecture Studio is a creative architectural studio based in Lycabettus Athens. We are currently seeking a highly creative and design-oriented Architect to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced architect who wishes to be actively involved in all stages of a project, from concept to construction.

The ideal candidate should have a strong conceptual approach to design, combined with precision and attention to detail. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a confident approach to visual presentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in high-level architectural practices.
• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Exceptional knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of Rhino and V-ray
• Knowledge of Revit is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with NOK and building regulations is a strong plus.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head Architect, team members and external consultants throughout all project stages.
• Prepare high-quality drawings, renders and presentations for clients.
• Prepare detailed construction and technical documentation.
• Provide on-site support during construction and assist in resolving design and technical issues.
