Senior Architect

SENIOR ARCHITECT

1:ZITA is seeking an experienced Senior Architect (with 7+ years of experience) to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong design sensibilities and technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing complex architectural projects from concept to completion — overseeing all design phases, leading and mentoring teams, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and communication.

Qualifications / Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects through all stages — from concept design to construction.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents and administration.
• Experience with NOK regulations and planning procedures.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks and implement proactive design and management solutions.
• Ensure design integrity, technical accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• High-level proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, Rhino, and/or SketchUp.

Requirements:

1.      7+ years of relevant professional experience

2.      Professional degree in Architecture

3.      Experience in project management is preferred

4.      Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and MS Project is an advantage

5.      Fluency in Greek and English
